Deputy Manager

Noémie was born in the 90s in Colmar, where she spent her entire childhood.

It was a bit by chance that she ventured into the hospitality industry.

Indeed, Noémie decided to study for a BTS in Management of Commercial Units, without knowing that her first professional experience would be in a hotel.

As part of her training, she joined a 3-star hotel of the Accor Group in her hometown, as a receptionist. For two years, she discovered the different facets of the hospitality industry: reception, yield, sales, event organization… The variety of tasks allowed her to put into practice the theory learned at school and to develop real skills.

Once her contract was over and she had her diploma, Noémie declined the offer of a full-time position from her employer, curious and motivated, she wanted to try other functions.

She applied for a job as a night auditor in a winter resort in Savoy, which she held for 5 months. At the end of her mission, the hotel group, satisfied with her work, offered her a seasonal position as a day receptionist in a 5-star establishment in Saint-Tropez. Noémie accepted the offer and left for two years in the South of France!

When the season was over, she wanted to return to Colmar. An opportunity is offered to her. The Hotel **** Roi Soleil Prestige Colmar is recruiting! Given Noémie’s promising experience, the general manager, who was looking for a full-time receptionist, offered her the vacant position.

Thus began her adventure in the great family of the Hotels Roi Soleil…

After two years, thanks to the support and trust of the hotel manager, Françoise Gaume, she was promoted to reception surpervisor, then to deputy manager after two and a half years.

In 2022, the Roi Soleil Hotels family welcomes a new Prestige hotel in the Paris region, a piece of information that arouses the interest of our hard worker. Noémie has always dreamed of opening a hotel, it’s now or never!

Rich of her previous experiences and animated by a strong determination, she knows how to convince the management team of NEHÔ group, which grants her its confidence.

Alongside a newly formed team and a motivated Director, Noémie opens a new chapter in the history of the “Hotels Roi Soleil Prestige”.

What motivates her? The challenge, the novelty, the dynamism of her job, the objectives to reach. Noémie is a real driving force for those around her!

The little extra in her new job: the discovery of the Paris region, which she had not known until then.

Noémie is very committed to her work, but she does not forget her family and her pets, with whom she likes to spend time outside of her job.
